Harry Potter Obsession

Tyler and I have been reading the Harry Potter series together. Neither of us has read the books or watched the movies so we've been reading (sometimes audio cd for mom) each book and then watching each movie afterwards.  It's funny because after every movie Tyler goes, "Did they even read the book?"  It's so funny.  It does assure me that she isn't going to trade in her books for movies.

It's been so much fun doing it together and we are now HARRY POTTER OBSESSED.  We just finished The Half-Blood Prince just in time for us to go to Harry Potter World at the Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios in Orlando.  We are super excited!  We even contemplated Harry Potter Toesnails but we went with Disney instead.

And just to confirm our obsession...Tyler lost her retainer the other day. I knew it would happen one of these days but was hoping that it wouldn't.  She could not remember for the life of her where it could have gone. I mean, she only wears it to bed so really, where could it have gone?  Nobody knows, not even Tyler.  So I ask her how it is that she has no idea what she did with it and she goes, "Mom, I think I was Imperius Cursed!"
